Table Of Thrones
Each of the Secret Dinners will present an immersive experience for a strictly limited number of participants.
What better theme to start with than the ultimate fantasy series of our age: Game of Thrones. Get ready for fire and ice, a clash of kings, a storm of swords and… a feast of tastes. Will you be the hero or the villain. Will you be turned into a white walker or rule a kingdom? And most importantly… Who will claim the Iron Throne at the end of the night?
For this series of Secret Dinners the initiators have teamed up with chef Christer Elfving to bring together some of his colleagues to create a menu fit for a king.

An all-inclusive experience!
Each Secret Dinner will be an immersive all-inclusive culinary top experience. Our team will take care of you from the moment you arrive until you head back to reality. Everything is included in your ticket: All drinks. All food. All entertainment.
Fresh and local food
For each dinner, we will select a food designer to create a stunning meal based on high quality local products. For Table of Thrones, Christer Elfving will work with the best ingredients from suppliers such as the renowned butcher Hendrik Dierendonck.
Christer Elfving
Christer Elfving is bringing together some of our best chefs to create the ultimate Table of Thrones dinner. Details will be revealed as the event approaches… Originally Christer Elfving wanted to become an artist. At a young age he left his home country of Sweden and ended up working at a restaurant in Antwerp… as a dishwasher. It soon became clear to him that what happened in the heart of the restaurant was far more interesting. He worked his way up to become a chef and more. Christer published New Scandinavian Cooking, worked for numerous magazines and television shows and now runs De Kwakenhoeve in Koningshooikt.
The details make all the difference
Being a butcher is being a craftsman. Hendrik Dierendonck and his team combine the professional skill of today with the quality of the past. Thirty-nine years ago, Raymond Dierendonck founded the business, and 11 years ago, his son Hendrik carried it on. The meat is aged according to authentic methods, and the details make the difference. By continuously searching for new products of the highest quality both at home and abroad, and by believing in authenticity and terroir products, Hendrik and Evelyne are attracting an increasing number of star chefs and gourmets.
Pierre Marcolini
Founder and creative director of the Maison that takes his name, Pierre Marcolini is renowned for his outstanding expertise and his passion for creating the world’s finest chocolates. For him, each day is a new opportunity to surprise, pushing the boundaries of what is possible. Born in 1964 in Charleroi, Belgium, Pierre Marcolini was deeply inspired by his family and his Italian origins. By the age of 14, he knew he wanted to be a chocolatier. His upbringing gave him a tremendous hunger for learning, along with the desire to fight to make his grandest dreams come true.

Renowned catering specialists Silverspoon will turn the inspiration of the food designer and the imagination of the event creators into reality. The result will be fabulous pieces of food art to indulge in. And yes, we will not forget the drinks, carefully selected, of course.

Our formula is a magical formula. A secret formula prepared for you by three Wizards unlike any other. An alliance of experience, passion and a deep-rooted wish to transform the mundane into the superb. Together we have concocted Secret Dinners: An exclusive “gastro-orgasmo- nomic dinner” set in a unique location, totally transformed for the occasion.
On this night like no other, set up in an otherworldly theatrical décor, shrouded in secrecy and ripe with exquisite tastefulness, we want to share with you our vision and savoir faire. But mostly, we would like to offer you an evening to remember, an evening of delicious food, new connections and certainly ... something NOT to talk about! Shhhhhhhh……
